Factory
We have more than 600 workers with a daily output of 6,000 pieces, 50 000 per month and MOQ from 400 pcs per color. Our factories have passed the social compliance ICS audit and are certified to both OCS and GRS standards（Certification site link：http://www.TextileExchange.org/Certificates).
Design and fabric
We have our own design studio. With the help of a European fashion consultant, we offer our customers new collections every month. Our fabric team works closely with the designers to source and develop new fabrics every season. We frequently visit PV and Intertextile to stay updated on the latest trends.
Fitting
Recognizing that fit is crucial for ladies' wear, we have established our own fitting department responsible for conducting a fit check on each of our prototype samples. We use the same fitting dummies as those used by our customers, along with live models, to ensure perfect fit. The LECTRA system is used for pattern making and grading.
Merchandising
For each customer, an account manager is assigned to provide excellent service. The account manager is supported by an assistant merchandiser and other departments such as fitting, design, and quality control.
Quality control and testing
An experienced QC team is stationed in-house for quality control. AQL 1.0/2.5 is used for inspection as per customer request. The Fabric QC team oversees all fabric and trim laboratory tests, and we also maintain our own in-house lab for routine testing.
